- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate with one responsible source pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Inter Industry Economic Research Fund (INFORUM), 4511 Knox Road Suite 301, College Park, MD 20740-3514. INFORUM will provide the following consulting services to the CMS Office of the Actuary (OACT): Provide CMS/OACT with LIFT 2095 subscription.� Support for NHE 10-year projections.� Support for Data Enhancements.� Standard Scenario � Provide support for standard long-range macroeconomic scenario calibrated to replicate a state of the world in which SSA economic and demographic assumptions and CMS assumptions about the path of health sector expenditure/aggregate demand all hold.� � NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561990 All Other Support Services.
