Description

USDA Forest Service, Kiowa and Rita Blanca National Grasslands has a requirement for design and fabrication of a mobile exhibit to be installed on government owned trailer. �The end result is a self-contained educational trailer that provides interactive mobile learning unit and backdrop for variety of lessons at schools, field days, county fairs, etc.� This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 541430 ($8.0 Million). �Award will be based on Best Value � Tradeoffs with Evaluation Factors. � The anticipated period of performance is from date of award to final delivery on or before January 30, 2022.� Questions may be sent to Contracting Officer until August 31, 2020, 4:00 P.M. (MST). The Request For Quotations (RFQ) �will be available on this announcement. �Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format. �Email responses shall �only be sent to the Purchasing Agent (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): margaret.cisco@usda.gov �on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. �Mail-in offers may be sent to: R3 AQM, Attn: Margaret Cisco, PO Box 640, 30 S.
