Description

DOS Passport NGP Printer Room Construction The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, North Service Center Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for NGP Printer Room Construction at the St. Albans Federal Building (50 South Main Street) in St. Albans, VT. This project will include removal of an existing Glass wall, installation of a new Gypsum wall and door, Static Dissipative flooring, Electrical and HVAC. The solicitation will be released on or about August 25, 2020, with bids due date on or about September 14, 2020. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for September 1, 2020 At 10:00 am. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed and the completion of work is anticipated to be on or about November 1, 2020.
