THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for costs incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is searching for interested parties to perform Testing/Maintenance/Installation of Cross-Connection Controls and Backflow Prevention Assemblies for U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn, New York. As part of its market research, ACC-NJ is issuing this sources sought notice to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified vendors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this sources sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought Announcement has been issued for information and planning purposes only and as part of market research therefore, does not itself constitute a Request For Proposal (RFP).� The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought Announcement. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought Announcement. All information received in response to this Sources Sought Announcement will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to this Sources Sought Announcement will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought Announcement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. ACC-NJ is also interested in feedback regarding the requirement, including any comments/questions/recommendations that may assist in refining and clarifying ACC-NJ�s requirements. Comments/Questions/Recommendations submitted to ACC-NJ may not be responded to directly or incorporated/addressed into any possible resulting RFQ/RFP. ACC-NJ will consider all responses received from the posting of this notice by no later than 14-August-2020 at 02:00PM EST.
