- 161st ARW SFS BASE IVA SURVEILLANCE � This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. In addition, pursuant to FAR 5.202(a)(2) posting will be abbreviated to 5 days. �The 161st ARW Arizona Air National Guard, 3200E Old Tower Rd Phoenix, AZ 85034 has a requirement to procure JAFAN 6/9 compliant technology refresh of the existing analog CCTV system to the USAF-approved Advantor IP-based Video Management System (VMS) including installation.� These items are as follows: The Arizona Air National Guard intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Advantor Systems Corporation. Requirement is for the installation of USAF-approved Advantor IP-based Video Management System (VMS) to improve security system by Advantor Integrated Monitoring System. Components must maintain full functionality with already owned/installed software and hardware. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals. CLIN 0001: Provide and install IVA SURVEILLANCE UPGRADES TO EXISTING PROPRIETARY, WARRANTIED AND ADVANTOR MAINTAINED (CENTRALLY FUNDED NGB KT)�SYSTEM PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 120 Days ADC Include all necessary equipment to furnish and install the complete Advantor systems in this requirement. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source, Government Services Administration (GSA) Delivery Order to: ADVANTOR SYSTEMS CORPORATION MIKE OLLIVIER 12612 CHALLENGER PKWY STE 300 ORLANDO, FL 32826-2700 The firm is the sole distributor of the product and no other source will satisfy the Government's requirement to meet JAFAN 6/9 standards, including IDS system and regulatory requirements. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290�and the Business Size Standard is 500. Scope of Work/System Description: Technology refresh of the existing analog CCTV system to the USAF-approved Advantor IP-based Video Management System (VMS). It includes IP encoders for newer analog cameras, a refresh of older cameras with new IP cameras and additional cameras to better cover the base perimeter. �Contractor will provide: 1. Replace 12 cameras with BOSCH VG5-7230-EPC5 PTZ 1080p cameras located in the following restricted areas or controlled areas: a. Bldg. 6 BDOC Door b. Bldg. 20 MOC c. Bldg. 26 CP Entry d. Bldg. 26 CP Overview e. Bldg. 26 CP MAN TRAP f. Bldg. 26 Intel Vault g. Bldg. 26 Exterior (SE corner) h. Bldg. 56 MSA i. MPA- Pole 1 j. MPA- Pole 3 k. MPA- Pole 4 l. MPA- Pole 7 2. Install 5 additional BOSCH VG5-7230-EPC5 PTZ 1080p cameras located in the following restricted areas or controlled areas: a. Bldg. 15 Supply Warehouse/Base Arm Vault b. Bldg. 15 RCP Warehouse/In-Transit Vault c. Bldg. 21 ECP 1 d. Bldg. 26 COMSEC Vault Door e. Bldg. 40 Washrack ECP � Supporting transmission cabling and hardware � Required Software upgrades and installs � Warranty Documentation 3. Provide all Labor Necessary for the Following: � Removal of 12 old cameras to be replaced with 12 BOSCH VG5-7230-EPC5 PTZ 1080p cameras � Additions of 5 BOSCH VG5-7230-EPC5 PTZ 1080p cameras � New cabling hardware and software installation. � Provide Authorized Factory Startup and Operational Training The location of contract performance is as follows: 161 ARW/Goldwater ANG Base 3200 E Old Tower Rd Phoenix, AZ 85034 Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
