- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Acquisitions Operations Branch (AOB) seeks to award a sole source award to Access Integration, 2745 S Victory View Way #A, Boise, ID 83709-6297, for replacing the existing office video surveillance system with an upgraded, high-resolution system. The new system will consist of nine total cameras to include seven external and two internal, and a new video surveillance network recorder that can achieve 60 days of video retention in addition to integrating with the existing physical access control system. The new camera system must be capable of integrating with the current access control system which maintains compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800�116. The selected contractor must possess and maintain a Hirsch Certification to work on HSPD�12 and FIPS 201 compliant components including the Hirsch Access Control System and the Velocity system and software. Access Integration is the current contractor, providing maintenance and support, for the Hirsch Access Control System within the Regional Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621 and the size standard is $22 million in revenue. The Government intends to solicit directly with Access Integration. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. Ability to engage ALL listed capabilities is required to be considered capable. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to bsena@usbr.gov. If no responsive statements are received by 08/18/2020 at 3:00 PM MT, an award will be made to Access Integration.
