- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source, FFP contract to IBIS World, Inc. using Simplified Acquisition procedures to renew OCC�s support subscriptions.� Activities identified below are designed to support OCC objectives.� The contractor shall provide the following: Provide� access to 1300 U.S. industry research� and long-range forecasting. Reports and analyses should be available in a PDF format. Reports and analyses� specific to risk� should be available for at least 50% of the industries. Reports should be updated on a regular basis� and consist of key statistics� and analysis on market characteristics. Database should have the functionality� that allows users to search for key data across several industries and filter results. Database should be available to all OCC employees. The expected period of performance is from 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 with four option periods. This acquisition will be procured under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Quote, Proposal or Invitation for Bid. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider responses from responsible sources received.� This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to linda.oneil@occ.treas.gov by 4:00 p.m. ET, August 18, 2020. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition is within the discretion of the Government. A copy of the justification prepared for this procurement will follow at a later date.
