Solicitation #:� W912BV20Q0150 Set-Aside Code:� 100% Small Business Response Date:� Anticipated 21 Aug 2020 by 2:00 PM CST The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV20Q0150 for Firm-Fixed-Price contract for gate attendant services at the following location in the Tulsa District: FORT GIBSON LAKE Rocky Point Public Use Area (Shift A) The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721211, the PSC is M1PA, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $8,000,000.00 or smaller. � The Government will award one Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance.� The anticipated award date will be 28 Aug 2020.� All Offers submitted under this Solicitation should provide pricing which remains effective through 30 Sep 2020. �The contract issued will consist of a base period of 7 months and two 12-month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.� This requirement is being competed under FAR parts 12 & 13. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on the Beta SAM Website, which is located at http://beta.sam.gov.� It is the contractors� responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation.� Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors.� No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Issue date for the Solicitation is anticipated to be 13 Aug 2020.� Quotes are anticipated to be due by 2:00 PM CST on 21 Aug 2020. � Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) (formerly known as Central Contractor Registration (CCR)) in order to receive a Government contract award.� To register, prospective offerors can go to the SAM website, which is http://www.sam.gov. ���� Location:� Fort Gibson Lake, Rocky Point Public Use Area (Shift A), within the Tulsa District of the US Corps of Engineers The following Sustainability Clauses are included in the Solicitation:� 52.223-2 Affirmative Procurement of Biobased Products Under Service and Construction Contracts 52.223-10 Waste Reduction Program 52.223-17 Affirmative Procurement of EPA-Designated Items in Service and Construction Contracts � PREPROPOSAL/SITE VISIT CONFERENCE A Preproposal Conference/Site Visit is not scheduled at this time.
