Description: DLA Troop Support Philadelphia is in the process of issuing an RFP for NSN: 4420-01-308-2869. The nomenclature for this NSN is Industrial Fluid Cooler. This NSN is sole sourced to Fairbanks Morse (7PZX0) under part number 12998549. The RFP will be issued using FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiations. This acquisitoin will be for a Definite Quatity Contract. The RFP will be posted to DIBBS, and will be available for download. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic all proposals will be emailed to the buyer instead of being mailed in to the Business Oppourtunities Office.
