Description

Notice to Offeror(s)/Suppliers(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of a�Mobile Command Thermal Camera�meeting the�requirements of the attached SF1449 and Salient Characteristics. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. All offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time the offer is submitted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this acquisition is 334511 with a size standard of 1250 Employees. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set aside. All offerors must maintain a current registration in BetaSAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an�award and receive payment.
