Description

The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for one (1) Honeywell Satellite Communication (SATCOM) configuration.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees. This acquisition will utilize full and open competition to allow for a resulting award which is a complete solution for the Government. All offerors shall be Honeywell authorized distributors. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented, with additional information included in the attached documents. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ****QUESTION SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED**** Questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be emailed to both the Contract Specialist, Sarah Funkhouser at sarahanne.funkhouser@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, John Riffe at john.riffe@us.af.mil . Questions shall be submitted no later than Wednesday,�19 Aug 2020 at 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time.
