THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M2-20-Q-NCNS0261 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Hollings Marine Lab (HML), 331 Ft. Johnson Rd., Charleston, SC has a requirement for replacement of the UPS power system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.� The delivery and installation shall be 90 days after award of the order.�
