- This solicitation is being issued as tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority; and (4) large business concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited per subpart 215.203-70 Requests for proposals tiered evaluation of offers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C24620Q0880 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-08. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 339113 (750 Employees). The items being requested are as follows: STERIS RLM27DH2 VIVIDIMAGE D27HD SIX NEW STERIS VIDEO MONITORS Specification requirements: Must be compatible with existing, STERIS wall mounted touch panel already in Use in the Operating Room. Video monitors that integrate with our current system and provide sharp, anatomically clear images. These Steris monitors will replace current Steris monitors that are no longer serviceable. It is imperative to have anatomical structures clearly identified both in sharpness and color, as different color may indicate different structures. These monitors will provide usage in three OR s for General, Urology and Vascular surgeries. Monitors must be able to be serviced by the existing maintenance contract with Steris where every 6 months they come and do PM s. Salient Characteristics: Functions to be performed; Video monitors providing high quality, high definition imaging for usage in Urological, Vascular and General surgical procedures Performance required Must be able to interface with existing mounted wall touch panel Must be medical grade Monitor will have Corning® Gorilla® Glass Impact Resistant Shield System Level Control to control on/off from touch panel Medical Grade Power Supply with ULTRA low electrical leakage for Staff and Patient Monitor must be designed for demanding surgical environments through its delivery of realistic color accuracy, visualization of fine anatomical structure details, and enhanced depth perception. The brand name or equal item being requested is RlM27HDZ Vividimage D27HD. The items are to be delivered to VAMC Asheville, 1100 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC . The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a letter of authorization (if not the manufacturer) and a description of equal items, and have, at minimum, a Satisfactory past performance rating.
