QUESTION #1�: CLIN 0007 of the Base Year (Minimum Guarantee). What is this CLIN item intended for and what should we enter? ANSWER #1: Offerors should leave blank. This will be awarded as an ID/IQ contract so a minimum guaranteed amount to the awardee�is required.��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� QUESTION #2:�request an extension to the due date of this solicitation if at all possible. ANSWER#2: The Government does not intend to extend this solicitation. SEE Amendment 0001:�� Changes Made: 1. Adds instructions for completing 52.204-26. See 52.212-1 ADDENDUM, VOLUME-I, c.�and 2. 52.204-25 w as previously included by reference and is now� full text. The Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Department of Pathology requires a nucleic acid amplification test for the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhea, and Mycoplasma genitalium. This requirement is for a period of 5 years (base year�plus 4 option years) beginning 1 Oct 2020. For details see Statement of Work in solicitation.
