- The Infrastructure and Sustainment Line of Business, also known as SEL3, Sustainment Support is seeking information for potential sources for application support for Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and mission partner written software which runs on various operating systems, including but not limited to UNIX, LINUX, UNISYS, Operating System 2000 and Windows server in the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) environments on a 24x7x365 basis. �The contractor shall provide installation, implementation, testing, maintenance, monitoring, web administration, troubleshooting, repair, and application security administration support.� SEL3 is also seeking information for potential sources of database administration support for COTS DISA internal and DISA mission partner database systems, which are hosted on various operating systems including but not limited to UNIX, LINUX and Windows Servers residing on NIPRNet, SIPRNet and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System environments on a 24x7x365 basis.� These databases include various software and vendor packages such as Oracle, Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, My SQL, PostgreSQL and DB2 database technologies.� These systems are governed according to Department of Defense (DoD) standards and include industry best practices to provide a secure environment for server database functionality.� Full lifecycle support for DISA managed database systems will be provided to include, but not limited to, initial installation and configuration of database technologies to deploy engineered system design solutions; daily operations, administration, and management of database technologies for the sustainment of database system availability, reliability, performance and security; and 24x7x365 issue/incident response, analysis, and resolution services supporting system return to operations.
