- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the Puget Sound and Portland Healthcare Systems on or about August 19, 2020 to interested sources to provide the following: A methadone dispensing management system that includes Cerner Interface. A statement of objectives will be posted, and any offeror must provide a performance work statement that shall describe in detail how it proposes to address and accomplish the system and interface. This shall include the development of an implementation schedule and plan. This procurement will be advertised as an open market, unrestricted requirement.
