Description

Amendment A00003 (11/14/2015) - The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to incorporate additional questions and responses to Attachment 3 - Solicitation Questions and Responses. In addition, this amendment clarifies the relevance of past performance under section M.3.4 as follows: ""ln assessing relevance of past performance, the Government will consider relevant contracts as those contracts that are ongoing or completed no earlier than December 01, 2010 of comparable level of size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of the solicitation."" Finally, this amendment also revises section L.3.B to exclude Attachment 1 from Font and Page Size restrictions. *Note* -�Attachment 1 may be formatted as needed for printing purposes.� *Note* - SF30_A00003 has been corrected. �The correct box within Block 11�has been checked to specify this amendment did not extend the proposal due date. *Note* - Attachment 3 - Solicitation Questions and Responses (A00003) has been added to this notice.
