Description

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services.� The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Richard B. Russell Agricultural Research Center (RRC) in Athens GA., has a requirement to Replace Main Power Feed Cables The solicitation number is 12405B20R0021 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP).� The NAICS code is 238210 with a size standard of $16.5M.� Contractors shall not directly contact the�facility to discuss this requirement.� During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. The work includes but is not limited to: �The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to replace the main power feed cables at the Russell Research Center (RRC) in Athens, Georgia.� The work to be done consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with the statement of work. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM)� in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
