- The Solicitation, W912DR20Q0076, will be issued for Indian Rock Wet Wall Repair, and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238140 size standard of $16,500,000. Work shall commence no later than 30 days after the issuance of the notice to proceed and be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed.� Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following location: Indian Rock Dam, York, Pennsylvania The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to mckenna.n.heath@usace.army.mil No Later than Monday, 31 August 2020 at 11:00 AM ET. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Monday, 17 August 2020, to all authenticated account holders at beta.SAM.gov Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the beta.SAM system to access package.
