- Offer Due date for the follow has been extended to 4 September 2020. Questions and Answers (18 August 2020) are attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Place of performance will be Houston, Texas 77034. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W50S77-20-R-7101.� This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the 147 MSG/MSC Ellington Field 14657 Sneider St, Houston, Texas 77034.� This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310, Audio/Video equipment with a size standard of 750 employees.� Interested parties must quote on all contract line items (CLINS) below and/or described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract without discussions. Offerors should submit their best offer up front.� Description of requirement: Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, supervision, equipment, appliances, transportation and materials necessary to design and deliver a Cisco VTC System IAW the attached SOW.
