- Description
- The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for the purchase and installation of a new Audio-Visual System for its Joint Operations Center Quotes must provide all the necessary services and meet all product requirements in the attachments provided. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 541519. The small business size standard is $30,000,000.00 Offers must include sufficient product information (ie model numbers and product specifications) to allow the OHARNG to determine whether the proposed items meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. It will be awarded on the basis cost insofar as the quote meets the specifications lay out in this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Proposals are due by 12:00pm 16 September, 2020 EST. You may submit your RFQ�s through the Government Port of Entry at https://beta.sam.gov . You may also email your proposals to herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Offerors are encouraged to check https://beta.sam.gov often for changes and/or amendments to this RFQ. Requests for Clarification (RFC) must be submitted through https://beta.sam.gov/workspace or in writing via email to herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil. No questions will be taken by phone. Responses to RFC�s will be posted to this RFQ in a question/answer format. RFQ�s must be submitted by 12:00 PM������ �7 September, 2020 Onsite visits to the facilities where the work will be performed will need to be scheduled in advance. Please contact the Contract Specialist at herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil to schedule a visit if necessary. AT Level I Training. All contractor employees, including subcontractor employees, requiring access to Army installations, facilities, and controlled-access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training prior to the contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever is applicable. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor employee and subcontractor employee, to the COR or to the contracting officer, if a COR is not assigned, within 15 days calendar days after completion of training by all employees and subcontractor personnel. AT Level I awareness training is available at the following website: http://jko.jten.mi iWATCH Training. The contractor and all associated sub-contractors shall brief all employees on the local iWATCH program (training standards provided by the requiring activity ATO). This local developed training will be used to inform employees of the types of behavior to watch for and instruct employees to report suspicious activity to the COR. This training shall be completed within 10 calendar days of contract award and within 10 calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to the COR NLT 10 calendar days calendar days after contract award. For contracts that require OPSEC Training. Per AR 530-1 Operations Security, the contractor employees must complete Level I OPSEC Awareness training. New employees must be trained within 30 calendar days of their reporting for duty and annually thereafter.
