- Exhibit 1 - W911S8-20-B-0005 - Invitation For Bid - provides full information for this solicitation. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BIDS VIA E-MAIL IS REQUIRED. Due to current COVID 19 conditions, all communication (including site visit RSVP, solicitation questions/comments, and bid submission) must be done via email to the following POCs: CPT Elena D. Chavez, Contracting Officer, at ralph.c.chavez.civ@mail.mil To ensure timely and proper handling, the email subject should indicate the following: Invitation for Bid No: W911S8-20-B-0005. All bids are due no later than the date and time specified in Block 13 A of the SF1442. No bid will be accepted if received after this date and time. SITE VISIT AND PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Government has scheduled a one day site visit and pre-bid conference at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, at 01:00 PM PDT on 27 August 2020. a. We will meet at Building J00100 located on Colonel Joe Jackson Blvd between F and G Streets. The chiller units are located in an enclosure in the west parking lot. Please arrive early enough to facilitate going through the visitor�s center at the main gate to receive a visitor�s pass. b. Firms who wish to attend the site visit shall provide the name(s), company name, position title, telephone number, email address and mailing address of all attendees via e-mail to Mitch Hayes via email at mitchell.r.hayes2.civ@mail.mil and CPT Elena Savchenko, at elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM PDT on 26 August 2020. BID OPENING. Bid opening will take place on�21 September 2020 at 2:00 PM PDT at the location below: Conference Room, MICC � Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Bldg. 100 COL Joe Jackson Blvd, Suite 2001, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98438 Anyone wishing to attend the bid opening MUST notify the Contracting Officer (ralph.c.chavez.civ@mail.mil) and the Contract Specialist (elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil) no later than 5 calendar days prior to the bid opening date with a firm commitment to attend. ** Bidders must adhere to JBLM protections measures on mask wear and social distancing standards. Masks are required in all public places and work spaces regardless if you are inside or outside of buildings when maintaining six feet of distance is unattainable. Bidders must allow sufficient time to complete security screening to gain admittance to Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.** REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): All offeror inquiries or questions shall be submitted in writing electronically to CPT Elena Savchenko at elena.d.savchenko.mil@mail.mil no later than 31 August 2020 at 4:00 PM PDT. Please identify the applicable Statement of Work, paragraph or solicitation reference with each question submitted. An amendment will then be issued with all questions and answers. **After the due date no additional RFI�s will be answered.** Bids are due by 21 September 2020 no later than 12:00 PM PDT.
