- Amendment 0001 is available on DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� The solicitation close date is extended.� SPE4A8-20-Q-0087 Amendment 0001: This amendment is issued to 1. Correct the export control instructions (Special Note #1 of the original Solicitation): The Defense Logistics Agency requires approval by the DLA controlling authority to access export control drawings. For complete instructions, please reference DLA export control data access website: https://www.dla.mil/hq/logisticsoperations/enhancedvalidation/ Vendors must possess JCP certification and DLA Enhanced Validation in order to receive the complete tech data package and drawings for this requirement. Questions regarding certification/application may be directed to DLAJ344datacustodian@dla.mil. Once JCP certification and DLA enhanced validation is complete, submit request for the complete tech data package to Ashley.Saunders@dla.mil. In your request, provide proof of JCP certification (approved DD2345) and DLA Enhanced Validation (memo from DLA). 2. Special note #18 of the original Solicitation is hereby removed. 3. All other terms and conditions in the original solicitation remain the same. ******** DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure reverse engineered drawings and tooling for the C-5 Galaxy. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 90 days ARO. Request for Quote SPE4A8-20-Q-0087 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-35-1002. Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The solicitation will issue on or about August 14, 2020. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
