Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The MCI-East Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to DLT Solutions, LLC., 2411 Dulles Corner Park, Ste 800, Herndon, VA� 20171-6168 (Cage Code: 0S0H9) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to establish a contract for Autodesk AutoCAD software licenses, maintenance, and support. DLT Solutions, LLC., holds the ESI-BPA agreement to allow procurement of this Autodesk software, therefore being the only authorized re-seller/source for this Autodesk software. For this reason, the government intends to procure these products on a sole source basis from DLT Solutions, LLC., (CAGE Code: 0S0H9), the only authorized re-seller of the AutoCAD products. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within two (2) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. ��Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
