- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA), of the United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,210 ANSI/BOMA Occupiable/usable square feet of office, and related space for the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service in Martin South Dakota.� Lease is tentatively for a term of 15 years, 10 years firm, with occupancy to commence no later than December 1, 2020 in an existing building. Project Number 7SD2102 First consideration will be given to locations within the delineated boundaries as set forth: East:� From the intersection of US 18 and Porch Street proceeding north along Porch Street to the intersection of Porch Street and State Street.� From the intersection of Porch Street and State Street proceeding West along State Street Avenue to the Intersection of State Street and First Avenue.� From the intersection of State Street and First Avenue proceeding North along 1st Avenue to the intersection of 1st Avenue and Dorothy Street. North:� From the Intersection of 1st Avenue and Dorothy Street proceeding west to the intersection of Dorothy Street and 6th Avenue. West:� From the Intersection of Dorothy Street and 6th Avenue proceeding South to the intersection of 6th Avenue and Swallow Street.� From the Intersection of 6th Avenue and Swallow Street proceeding west to the intersection of Swallow Street and 7th Avenue.� From the Intersection of 7th Avenue and Swallow Street proceeding south to the intersection of 7th Avenue and Pugh Street.� From the Intersection of 7th Avenue and Pugh Street proceeding East along Pugh Street to the intersection of Pugh Street and 5th Avenue.� From the Intersection of Pugh Street and 5th Avenue proceeding south to the Intersection of 5th Avenue and US Highway 18. South: �From the Intersection of US Highway 18 proceeding east along US Highway 18 to the intersection of US Highway 18 and 1st Avenue.
