- ---AMENDMENT 1: Add SF18, Terms and Conditions, DB WD for Dona Ana County and Statement of Work--- This is a Pre-solicitation notice to perform a humidifier installation at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office located at 7955 Airport Road, Santa Teresa, NM 88008 This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.� The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 60 days after the notice to proceed is provided. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on August 24, 2020 and quotes are due by September 3, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
