- Description
- The 46TS requires a mobile test lab that will duplicate the functionality of the current Fifth to Fourth fixed test facility located in the 46TS Datalinks Test Lab (DTL). The mobile lab will be utilized for testing at Eglin AFB as well as remote locations both CONUS and OCONUS. This acquisition will be a Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS 332311and limited to manufacturing facility being within a 450 mile radius of Eglin AFB, FL. All information can be found in the Request for Proposal and attached documents. All questions can be sent to Tasha Monan via email, tasha.monan-sharon@us.af.mil. Update: As of 24 July, all attachments have been updated with new specifications. This listing was extended an additional 15 days. Update: As of 6 Aug, the due date has been extended to 21 Aug. The time remains the same. Update: As of 21 Aug, to promote competition we are extending the proposal submittal date to 31 Aug at 9 AM Central time Updated: Additional clarifications as follows ISO 53 Spec 3a. I suggest we change the TEMPEST Objective 3a with Tasha to read with TEMPEST Mitigation since we will have a couple items approved by Security to deviate from the TEMPEST specification to meet the system/test needs for cable pass through conduits to domes and black RF copper antenna panels. The contractor will build to meet the TEMPEST requirements, but the government design needs will create a couple points of deviation from a standard TEMPEST cert. These select specified known points could be corrected/modified in the ISO53 to meet future full TEMPEST spec, if the government would need a change. This will allow the current contractor to build the core ISO 53 facility to the TEMPEST spec but not be on the hook for a full TEMPEST cert at our initial delivery. ISO 53 Spec 1 and 1d. Change to the newly released ICD 705, Ver 1.5, dated 13 Mar 20
