Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to IBM Watson Health (Truven) Market Research Database, Armonk, New York under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for a �yearly subscription to their Truven Market Research Database to support the graduate medical education program at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Ft Bliss, TX. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. �A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested sources must submit capability statements and in information if it is proprietary nature.
