Description

This Request for Quote is issued to establish a Firm Price (FFP) to establish a contract on an �as needed basis� for three (3) temperature controlled trucks (53' Reefer Trailers) immediately with the option to lease up to a total of nine (9) additional trucks to store product for COVID-19 shipments. Primary Power source is electrical/plug-in with Gas Backup. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Period of Performance: This is a six (6) month requirement consisting of six (6) one (1) month options for an estimated Period of Performance as follows: Estimated- September 14, 2020 to September 14, 2021 Three (3) trailers shall be delivered within seven (7) days of award)
