- *25 Aug 2020 update - The Q&A has been posted as of today with exception to further clarification needed on question 27, 39, and 53.� We are working with the base CE and design specialists to get those out to you ASAP.� As soon as those get answered, I will post the final Q&A document, as well as the amendment that incorporates the Q&A�into the solicitation.� Thank you for your patience, as we are depending on subject matter experts outside of our control.* A pre-bid conference and site visit�is scheduled for Wednesday,�5 Aug 2020 at 1400 hrs.� See SECTION 02100 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS on Solicitation for more information. Construction Contract for Project No. NKAK192001, Repair Fire Suppression System, BLDG 207 at the LR AFB, AR. The purpose of this project is to repair the existing high expansion foam fire suppression system, complete minor repairs to the wet pipe sprinkler system and make any building modifications necessary to bring the BLDG 207 fire suppression system into compliance with the current requirements of UFC 4-211-01.�� Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements of the statement of work, drawings and specifications for this project.� This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Failure to submit a bid on all items shall result in rejection of the bid. Solicitation and information, notices and amendments w ill be posted at https://beta.sam.gov. Instructions for obtaining plans for this solicitation are located in Section 000110 NOTES. �Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than 30 Sep 2020. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. ***The current response date and time (bid opening) is scheduled for�3 September�2020 at 10:00 Central.***
