- This Combined Synopsis and Solicitaiton RFQ is for the purchase of Hard Top Covers for M1165 HMMWV and FMTV�& Trailer military vehicles. All requirements are outlined in the attached combo synopsis & solicitation.�Note the SOW is within the solicitation document.�Address questions to the POC listed below. AMENDMENT 1 (Amend1) TO THIS SOLICITATION - This amendment provides statement answers to vendor questions and provides updated SOW (v2) and a Breakout by Vehicle Type document (attachments). Vehicle Sizes - There are size differences�in the FMTVs (MTVs and LMTVs).�See�updated SOW (v2) for dimetions and detailed requirements. M1165 HMWV�s - All M1165s have the B3 up-armor package. Freight -�List any Freight�pricing separately.
