Description

This is a supply requirement�for�two�100 KW generators and one�200 KW generator.��Generators will be used for a facility's emergency power.� Please refer to the�two attached spreadsheets with each item's salient characteristics.� Prospective offerors must complete the attached spreadsheets in their entirety, to be considered a potential offeror.� The following factors�shall be used to evaluate offers: Factor 1 � On-Island Support�(as stated in the ""Salient Characteristics"" spreadsheets) Factor 2 � Product�s salient characteristics�(as stated in the ""Salient Characteristics"" spreadsheets) Factor 3 � Price In your submitted quote,�include the following: 1. Company's name,�address, and phone number 2. Cage Code and DUNs number 3.�Size of firm (include business category�such as 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), etc.) 4.� Company's POC information (name, phone number, and E-mail address) All quotes and completed spreadsheets must be submitted to Melena Faxon via E-mail (melena.d.faxon.civ@mail.mil)�on September 11, 2020 at 12:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.�
