Description

William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Department of Clinical Investigation intends to purchase a yearly subscription with IBM Watson Health (Truven) Marketscan Research Database in order to help fulfill its mission to support the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program in accordance with AR 351-3. The Truven Marketscan Research Database will allow the residents of William Beaumont Army Medical Center to accomplish program completion requirements Professional Education and Training Programs of the Army Medical Department requires that Medical Officers participating in the Graduate Medical Education program complete a research project before they are allowed to complete their residency. Truven Marketscan Database is the only database that provides residents with resources required for program completion.
