- Description
- The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for the procurement of the following service: �� 1. Joint Range Extension (JRE) Gateway help desk services, Period of Performance: 31 August 2020 � 30 August 2025 SAIC is the developer of the JRE system and will be providing updates to the system as well as supporting it. This requirement is conducted under FAR 13.106(b), Soliciting from a single source. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm�s ability to provide an equivalent service as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to this synopsis by Friday, 28 August 2020, 12:00PM Arizona Local Time to SrA Aaron Valdez, 355th Contracting Squadron at aaron.valdez.1@us.af.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
