- This is a sources sought announcement for market analysis to determine the availability of potential interested vendors. No awards will be made from this notice. No solicitation is available at this time. Therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron located at Cannon Air Force, New Mexico, is seeking sources interested in a possible award to provide Albatross Drone or Equal (please view specifications below) for Cannon AFB, NM. If you are interested in providing these supplies to Cannon AFB, NM, please send an e-mail to colton.slone@us.af.mil and elias.campos.1@us.af.mil providing the following information about your company: (1) Company Name and Cage Code Number; (2) Mailing Address; (3) Point of Contact to include phone/fax number and e-mail; (4) identify whether your company is small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, hubzone, 8(a) certified small business concern, service disabled veteran owned, or etc; (5) degree of experience in providing same or similar supplies. Please respond by e-mail no later than�3:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on�28 August 2020 at the above e-mail addresses with the above-required information. Any capability information received will solely be used for the purpose of market research. All documents associated with this projected requirement will be posted in the Beta.SAM website, as they become available. This is not a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid. There is no bid package, solicitation, specifications or drawings available with this announcement. It does not constitute a procurement commitment by the United States Air Force, implied or otherwise. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Responses are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified information. SPECS: CTE requires a quick set-up, user friendly, and quick tear down sUAS. These requirements are due to the nature of work provided by our organization, as well as the dynamic weather environments encountered on MAFR and TDY locations. This capability ensures mission success to the end user by providing current and future real-world threats in a training environment, as well as mitigating damage from high winds, storm cells, etc. The sUAS will be maintained in Hangar 133 and utilized on a request basis with ground training units from USSOCOM. Additionally, the integrated avionics and ground control station ensures safety of flight while in the vicinity of aircraft in orbit/transit.� 2x Fixed wing UAS capable of the following: - Fully autonomous flight with takeoff and landing - Less than 25lbs - Modular design - Wide flight envelope (90-100 mile range), cruise window, and payload capability (3.5 - 4.5kg) - Up to 4 hour's flight time on single battery - Self-cooling - Quick/easy assembly and disassembly � Video Package (SD): -Ability to transmit live analog video feed over a low GHZ frequency � Flat mapping Gimbal: -Ability to maintain camera parallel to ground through flight envelope (banks, turns, takeoff, landing) PX4 Pixhawk: -USA made autopilot software suite� LIDAR: -100m+ LIDAR for increased accuracy through critical phases of flight (takeoff/landing) Batteries: -At least 3 batteries per aircraft required for additional flight time/TDY's Dual screen Ground Control Station (GCS) - Separate screens� -aircraft flight data on one -sensor control and data on the other.� -Ability to hot swap batteries during flight -Durable carrying case -LED sunlight viewable dual screens -Joystick controllable -Separate joysticks for aircraft control and sensor control -Guarded switches� -10+ channels -128GB or larger storage capacity -Video receiver and transmitter -Integrated keyboard and mouse sensor Factory installed cameras - Option to have cameras installed by manufacturer FLIR Vue Pro: Thermal camera for use with UAS's. Records digital video and photos on a removable SD card. Photo geotag compatible. Adjustable color palates. Zoom capable Sony R10C Camera: - 20.1 MP camera that can geotag images inflight, compatible with Pixhawk, weighs less than 80 grams. Refresh rate of 2.4 seconds. SD card.� Training: Two members on site training covering all aspects of operation and maintenance, mission planning, pre and post-flight procedures, and best practices. Manufacturer supplied comprehensive user manual and pre and post-flight checklists.
