Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS NOTICE IS MARKET RESEARCH TO SUPPORT INCLUSION OF SOLE SOURCE (BRAND NAME) SPECIFICATIONS IN AN FY21 DESIGN BID BUILD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, FORT GREELY COMMUNICATION CENTER, FORT GREELY, ALASKA - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The U.S. Army Engineer District, Alaska intends to specify the below listed items as part of larger construction contract to be executed on Fort Greely, Alaska.� A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement, for the specific items listed below, based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Reference FAR 6.302-1(c), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements - Application for brand name descriptions.� Items: Alerton model #VLX-Platinum DDC Controllers in the SCMS system.� All buildings on the complex are required to be connected to the head end control system.� Multiple components such as leak detection, HVAC, BacNET, UMCS, and Reverse Osmosis Units are maintained and controlled by the centralized system. AMCO Enclosures model R-Z4-42U24-42.� Standardized equipment racks used to house critical mission equipment.� �It is essential to the Government�s mission�s equipment racks integrate with the proprietary system for proper control of the mission. Black Box Fiber Optic Transceiver model ICD116A.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEBs in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Bogen Zone Paging Module model PCMZPM.� Required hardware to match the existing equipment in the system to provide a functional system. Bosch Fixed CCTV model NBN-71013-B.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEBs in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Dotworkz Camera Exterior Housing model ST-RF-MVP.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEB�s in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. GE Passive Infrared Motion Sensor model AP669.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEB�s in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. General Electric(GE) Touchscreen HMI.� The complex existing system in the Power Plant facility must be able to communicate with one another. All General Electric(GE) Touchscreen HMI will need to be of the same manufacturer for all facilities in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. HID 5355AGK00 Card Reader with keypad & HID 5355AGN00 Card Reader without card reader.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEB�s in order to effectively communicate with existing head-end software. IFS Fiber Optic Receiver & IFS Fiber Optic Transmitter.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEBs in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Schlage HK-2 Biometric Scanner.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all facilities in order to effectively communicate with existing head-end software. Dranetz Power Quality Meters.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and the Power Plant facility must be able to communicate with one another. All Power Quality Meters will need to be of the same manufacturer for all facilities in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Red Lion Gateway model #DSPLE.� The complex existing systems in the Power Plant facility must be able to communicate with one another. All Red Lion Gateway model #DSPLE will need to be of the same manufacturer for all facilities in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Rohn Camera Tower Model 65G.� The Complex has wind, ice and stiffness requirements that are needed for GSR tower, tower will need to match all existing towers on site, therefore the Rohn Camera 65G tower is required. Scheitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) Power Relay model # SEL-411L & SELSEL-751A.� The complex existing systems in the Power Plant facility along with the systems in place with the local utility provider Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) must be able to communicate with one another. All SEL Power Relay model # SEL-411L & SEL-751A will need to be of the same manufacturer for all facilities & GVEA in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Sentrol Balanced Magnetic Switch model 250AH-L.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEB�s in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Vindicator specification for the MR52 Access Control Entry Control Panel & V5 Access Control Server.� The complex existing system in the Readiness and Control Facility and all security system components must be able to communicate with one another. All IESS will need to be of the same manufacturer for all MEB�s in order to effectively communicate with existing head end software. Edwards EST-3 Fire and Life Safety System.� The complex site wide Fire Alarm and Life Safety System is an Edwards System and all individual building fire alarm and life safety systems are required to communicate and integrate with the Edwards head-end system.� Cisco IE-3000 Series Network Switch.� �The Complex Site Control and Monitoring System (SCMS) NETWORK Switch is a Cisco ME-3600X-24FS-M and all individual building components are required to communicate and integrate with the SCMS & PCMS head ends. THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No solicitation will be available as these sole source items will be incorporated into the specifications of an FY21 solicitation for a Design Build Construction Project on Fort Greely, Alaska.� Vendors who offer the above items which can meet all of the above functional criteria are invited to respond to this notice. Responses must include the following information: (1) Identification of the manufacturer�s name, address, and country of product manufacture. (2) Fully detailed specification sheets.
