The contraction action is an order against a Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) with NCI Information Systems, Inc. under its NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) contract, HHSN316201200035W. The order is a labor-hour order with a twelve (12) month base period, three twelve (12) month option periods. The order is a logical follow-on to order FCC15G0118, which was competitively awarded to NCI on September 30, 2015 under its NITAAC GWAC and provides for continuation of operations and maintenance of Financial Operations systems, development of new Financial Operations systems, and support of the Certification and Accreditation of financial Operations systems and Tier II customer support.
