Description
To provide and install all materials, personnel, and methods to complete C-Cure 9000 security card access system for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Illinois Waterway Project Office (IWPO) at 257 Grant Street, Peoria, IL 61603.� The IWPO must�extend the same system and service as provided at the District Clock Tower with the IWPO Controller connected to the District Clock Tower Software as a partition. Contractor must remove existing door hardware as needed and install, operate, test, and verify all mechanical devices and components are operational and installed per manufacturers� guidelines and recommendations to comply with the intended output of the C-Cure 9000 card reader system.� IWPO will provide no tools, personnel, or any component needed to install the system; therefore, the Contractor must provide all personnel and equipment to include materials and methods that complete the entire installation unless stated otherwise herein. Contractor must provide 100-each common access cards. Contractor must provide 1-year base year warranty on all components and systems provided in relation to Access Control Systems includes materials and labor to correct normal wear and tear issues excluding travel. Contractor must provide programming at Clock Tower: 1500 Rock Island Drive, Rock Island, IL 61201 Building 205 (Clock Tower Building). The Contractor must coordinate with USACE G-6 for approval of all equipment that is to be installed on USACE�s network prior to purchase and installation. Government will provide (7) each network phones for the Contractor to connect to the intercom entry gate system (Mechanical Assess Gate). G-6 to provide to Contractor� (1) ip address; (2) subnet; (3) gateway The Contractor shall provide and install 1-each rack mounted black box in bldg. 306�s new network room.� G-6 will relocate the network switch to the new black box location in bldg. 306.� Prior to removal, the Contractor must have all systems and components ready for a direct transfer such as but not limited to fiber optics and network cabling.� In bldg. 300 Government will provide and install a 12 port network switch on the network side of bldg. 300. G-6 will perform all switch to switch transfer, connections, and verification of service after the Contractor has performed the transfer.� Heating, ventilation and cooling must maintain network room temperatures between 50 - 82 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity level between 20 � 80 percent for bldg. 300 (guard house) and bldg. 306 for the new server/switch room locations.
