THIS WILL BE A FIRM FIXED PRICE AND TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 2 LOCATIONS FOR SERVICE - Conduct Annual Weight Handling inspections and load tests for the following Equipment: � Forklift (Yale Type E Model MCW040LCN24TV077) Man Lift (JLG Model 4509), Car Lift (Mohawk Model LMF-12), GSE Chain Hoist (Yale Model KEL2/10LG21S2), Engine Shop Chain Hoist (Yale Model KEL2/10LG21S2), Helo Shop Chain Hoist (Yale Model KEL2/10LG21S2), Hanger Bridge Crain (Shaw Box Model 72L03027D19). All above work is located at Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, Atlantic City Intl. Airport, FAA Technical Center Building 350/351, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234-9393. �Second site to be visited is located at Regan International Airport Hanger 5, 3101 Thomas Ave Arlington, VA 22202: Conduct Annual Weight Handling inspection and load tests for the following: �Forklift (Hyster Model H110XM) �A frame (Yale Model YJL2-PT8S2)
