Description

Elevator Inspection Contractor shall furnish all equipment, supervision, tools, travel, labor, and supplies to provide elevator and dumbwaiter inspection services twice a year at the following locations: CAVHCS, Montgomery Campus 215 Perry Hill Road Montgomery Alabama 36109 Veterans Administrative Regional Office 345 Perry Hill Road Montgomery Alabama 36109 CAVHCS, Tuskegee Campus 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, Alabama 36083 Period of Performance: October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021 (Base) October 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2022 (Option 1) October 1, 2022 thru September 30, 2023 (Option 2) October 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2024 (Option 3) October 1, 2024 thru September 30, 2025 (Option 4) In accordance with ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and ASME A17.3, the elevator inspection contractor shall provide a copy of their QE-1 certification with the RFQ. Vendor shall schedule/coordinate inspection/testing of listed units with COR and Elevator Maintenance Contractor two weeks prior to inspection/testing procedures.
