- Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to solicit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 5.0 FTE Medical Technologists (minimum of 3.0 FTE) and 1.0 FTE Histology Technician services on-site at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220. The RFQ number will be 36C25020Q0992 and is expected to be available on or after August 28, 2020. The resultant award will be a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for five years. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and shall be verified in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/) at the time of quotation submission in order to be considered for award. Quotations from unverified SDVOSBs will be considered unacceptable and ineligible for award. The NAICS Code assigned to this procurement is 561320, Temporary Help Services with a business size standard of $30 Million. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/SAM is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS Code is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations. All information for this solicitation will be posted to beta.SAM.gov, contractors are advised that they are responsible for checking the website periodically for amendments. No hard copies will be provided. A question period will be opened at the time of solicitation posting and will close on or about 5 days after solicitation posting. Questions must be submitted in writing. Answers will be provided through amendment(s) posted to beta.SAM.gov after the question period closing. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. No response to this notification is necessary. The sole purpose is to provide interested parties with a preliminary notice of the forthcoming solicitation.
