- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an another than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to BOMBARDIER RECREATIONAL PRODUCTS, 726 SAINT-JOSEPH STREET, VALCOURT, QUEBEC, CANADA, with full and open among authorized distributors the following items: Item 1) QTY- 2 2020 Sea Doo GTX 230 iBR. Item 2)� QTY � 2 Zieman Trailer S-1 Galvanized. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Respond to Beth Exzabe, by email to beth.exzabe@navy.mil. All quotes will need to be provided via email. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893620Q0330 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about 8/26/2020. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
