140R3020Q0095 SRF Ford Interceptor PI Upfit Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through beta.SAM Contract Opportunities, a request for quote (RFQ No. 140R3020Q0095 is being issued subsequent to this combined synopsis/solicitation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number FAC2020-08 (iv) This requirement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 336320 - Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing The small business size standard for NAICS Code 336320 is 1,000 employees. (v) Line Item 00010 2020 INTERCEPTOR SECURITY PACKAGE 3 EA. User Product Code: N0230000. See attached salient characteristics. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for Provide and Install Security Emergency equipment on three 2020 Ford Interceptor PI vehicles. The Vendor shall provide the parts described herein. The Vendor shall install, at their location of business, all of the described parts/equipment for three Security vehicle packages on the three government provided 2020 Ford Interceptor PI. At the cost of the Hoover Dam; the Hoover Dam Property Staff will deliver the three Interceptors, and any government furnished property described herein to the Vendors location and pick up the Interceptor�s upon the installation completion. The Vendors location shall be within a 50-mile radius of the Hoover Dam Central Warehouse. (vii) Work shall begin on or about 1 October 2020. All work shall be completed by 30 October 2020. Work shall be completed at Vendor location no more than 50 miles from Hoover Dam Warehouse.
