Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on Beta SAM. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground-Research Triangle Park (ACC-APG-RTP) Ft. Belvoir Division, 800 Park Offices Drive � Suite 4229 Research Triangle Park, NC 27709 is exploring options for a Small Business contractor support to the United States Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center�s Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) Special Products and Prototyping Division (SPPD). The Division�s objective is to develop unique systems to protect forward troops, fixed installations and rear echelons from enemy intrusion.� SPPD develops, prototypes, evaluates, and conducts worldwide field support of advanced R&D and specialized sensors for the U.S. Army and other agencies. Specifically, SPPD requires experienced and highly capable support for coordination, management and oversight of SPDD product development, integration and application.� Tasks include: Provide program management support and contractor personnel resources necessary to manage and support all activities tasked under this contract. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, to satisfy the requirements identified by task orders.� Support shall be provided to the following efforts: financial accounting; meeting support; project planning; product quality assurance; document and report preparation; and project management. � Provide technical, administrative and management support to design, modeling, fabrication, documentation and fielding of SPDD projects and products.� Support shall be provided in the following areas:� design studies and analysis; development and review of specifications and data packages; software sustainment, upgrade and maintenance; and program transition. � Provide onsite capabilities and expertise at NVESD to plan, conduct and transition SPDD products and prototypes.� Specific job categories expected to be employed include: Program Manager; Operations Manager; Systems Analyst; Operations Research Analyst; Mechanical Engineer; Electrical Engineer; General Engineer; Computer Scientist; Computer Programmer;� Data Scientist; Materials Scientist; Engineering Technician; and Administrative Assistant.� Others or similar categories may be required by tasks, and the quantity and proficiency required will vary depending upon the specifics of each task order.��� ����� � � Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services described herein and it is understood by the United States Government that the cost estimates provided as a result of this request are ""best"" estimates only. The response date for this market research is no later than 4 pm, EST 1 July 2020.
