Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Diligent Incorporated to complete the conversion from Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation (DIACAP) to Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the Air Force Historical Research Agency (AFHRA) at Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).� This is a follow-on to a prior competitively awarded requirement via GSA NETCENTS-2 Solutions.� The original awarded contract expired prior to the Government having the resources to complete an in-scope modification, as a result the Government now plans to award this requirement in order to allow Diligent to finish the conversion. Brief Description of Requirement: This proposed project will complete the conversion of the AFHRA�s Inferential Retrieval and Indexing System (IRIS) Unclassified System and Classified System from the DIACAP to the RMF and incorporate core documents for the existing IRIS System into the new Unclassified and Classified Systems.� Contractor shall develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program (ISSOs) for the unclassified and classified IRIS systems. Oversee ISSOs under their purview to ensure they follow established policies and procedures. Provide inputs to deficiency assessments and Plans of Action and Milestone (POAMs). Provide written inputs and or comments to draft documentation required for Assessment & Authorization (A&A). Period of Performance: 26 September 2020 - 31 Mar 2021 Base Period: 26 September 2020 � 31 Mar 2021 Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, AL The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 � Contracting by Negotiation. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM).� Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and also be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).� Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil. Those capable of meeting the requirement are requested to provide the following information in their response: 1) Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement, 2) Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and size, Cage Code and DUNS number.� IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents.
