Description

USDA Forest Service, Prescott National Forest has a requirement for restroom cleaning for Bradshaw and Verde Ranger Districts, Yavapai County, Arizona. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 561720 ($19.5 Million size standard.� Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs.� The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a base period and two option periods (12 months or less total). Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.� No organized site visit has been scheduled.� Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation. � Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format only to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): warren.abbott@usda.gov, on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation.� See Box 9 on the SF1449 for delivery using a street address. Deadline for submission of offers shall be September 17, 2020, 7:00 p.m New York EDT (4:00 p.m. Arizona time).
