- � GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Hollywood Delineated Area: North: Stirling Rd South: Pembroke Rd East: I-95 West: Florida Turnpike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,016 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,016 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The Government currently occupies space for this project within the Delineated Area and will proceed with a sole source unless another location is offered that is economically advantageous to the Government when all relocation and replications costs are considered.� All space must be contiguous on one floor. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required. Offerors shall advise if the offered building is located in the 100 year flood plain. Generally, GSA does not accept these sites, however some Counties in Florida are exempt from this requirement. As such, GSA will review the location of the offered site(s) and determine if the requirement to be outside of the 100 year floodplain is waived. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Hollywood, FL, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
