Description

USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest. Mogollon Rim Ranger District (MRRD)�has a requirement to replace windows and furnaces in administration and residential buildings, Coconino�County, Arizona. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238220�($16.5 Million size standard).� Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs.� �Technical requirements involve possible abatement of asbestos and/or lead based paint. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a base period and two option periods (12 months or less total). Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.� No organized site visit has been scheduled.� Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation. � Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format only to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): warren.abbott@usda.gov, on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation.� See Box 9 on the SF1449 for delivery using a street address. Deadline for submission of offers shall be September 15, 2020, 7:00 p.m New York EDT (4:00 p.m. Arizona time).
