Description
Provide a complete and functional Medium Landing Zone Kit. �This kit must provide reliable, remote controllable lights with five (5) colors and varying degrees of intensity for tactical training.� The kit must be portable to allow dynamic tactical training at off-station landing zone and drop zone locations, and must be fully compatible with existing 908th Operations Group (908OG) landing/drop zone assets. The basic components of the Medium Landing Zone Kit, part number AZL-PK9001-AZL15, include: quantity=15, part number=P2603-A, description=AZL-15 5-color LED lights (red, blue, green, white, infrared) which meet the USAF 15 candela specification, and are fully operational and compatible with existing 908OG landing/drop zone assets; quantity=1, part number=P2606-T, description=AZ remote transmitter, fully operational and compatible with existing 908OG landing/drop zone assets; quantity=1, part number=PCASE-AZL16, description=hard-sided/indestructible, impact resistant, fire resistant, transportable, foam-lined storage case to store/transport the kit contents.� The case must be made of a material that is resistant to insects, sand, water, and other undesirable environmental elements. The kit lights must be visible at least seven (7) miles away from set up location on the landing/drop zone. The kit lights must be easily programmable and remotely controllable from 5,000 feet away from set up location on the landing/drop zone. The kit remote transmitter must have on/off/dim capability, and must be easily programmable to change security codes and permit multiple users to transmit and operate independently within a single landing/drop zone.
