Description: This is a pre-solicitation and not a solicitation.� The government expects to issue the solicitation approximately 1 September 2020 with a quick turnaround date of approximately 3 September 2020.� Shipping will be to DLA facility in�Tracy, California.��The items�will be marked to be forwarded to Okinawa (vendor's responsibility will be complete once received and correctly packed and marked for Okinawa.� Detailed shipping instructions will be provided in solicitation.� See attached salient characteristics. The Government reserves the right to not issue a solicitation in the event the requirement is cancelled.
